We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Gantry Crane Operator to join our team in Mount Maunganui. This is an exciting opportunity within our  Warehouse team.

Key Accountabilities 

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch using the overhead Gantry Crane and forklift
• Loading and unloading trucks of steel using Gantry Crane and forklift
• Receiving inwards goods
• Completing stock takes, and associated paperwork relating to the warehouse

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Gantry Crane certificate or willing to obtain if you have relevant Gantry Crane experience.
• Current forklift license including full driver license
• Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and maintaining inventory records
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and pass pre-employment checks 
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and communication purposes

Hours of Work: 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday
