We're looking for a solutions-focussed Customer Service & Warehouse Operations Rep to join our Mt Maunganui branch. This is a varied role where you'll be the link between our customers, sales team, and warehouse operations, helping to ensure products move efficiently and customers receive the exceptional service they're expecting.

Job Description
What you'll do;
Build strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, stock availability, deliveries, account enquiries and receiving and processing orders.
Prepare and follow up quotations and support our sales team with reporting and administration.
Participate in promotions and initiatives to grow sales and strengthen customer engagement.
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocktakes.
Assist with steel cutting and other branch operational tasks.
Assist in picking and packing orders for collection and dispatch.
Assist with inward receipting and restocking product on shelves,
Prepare delivery documentation for outward goods
Ensure Health, Safety and Quality are at the forefront of everything you do.
Desired Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service, warehousing, or a similar operational environment.
Enjoys working with customers and providing practical solutions.
Has strong communication and organisational skills.
Can confidently use computer systems and learn new software.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Is proactive, reliable, and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Holds a current forklift licence (or is willing to obtain one).
Holds a current overhead gantry crane certification, we'll provide the training if you're willing to learn!
Values teamwork, safety, and delivering quality outcomes.
Experience in industrial products, steel, engineering, construction, or distribution environments would be advantageous but isn't essential.
