About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on an 8-week fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting end-to-end recruitment delivery across the business, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to keep recruitment processes moving efficiently during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles
  • Source, screen and interview candidates across a variety of roles
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Conduct reference  and pre-employment checks
  • Coordinate onboarding activities
  • Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience
  • Assist with general HR administration as required

About You

  • Previous recruitment, labour hire or talent acquisition experience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight timeframes
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment software is advantageous
  • Available to commit to the full 8-week contract
