We're looking for a reliable and experienced Driver/Storeperson to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, adaptable and willing to contribute across a range of duties, especially customer deliveries and warehouse operations.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am – 4pm. The role is offered on a fixed-term basis for 6 months to provide parental leave cover, with the incumbent expected to return in January 2027. There is a potential for this opportunity to change to a permanent role if you're a superstar in the warehouse, class 2 qualified and eager to work with brand new systems!

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse and stock handling operations, including but not limited to:

  • Delivering orders to and from customers on a daily basis
  • Picking & packing orders, receipting incoming stock and placing stock into storage
  • Operating warehouse mobile equipment, including counterbalance forkhoists & reach truck (a valid forklift certificate is required)
  • Keeping warehouse spaces tidy, organised, and safe at all times
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Supporting stocktakes and inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will the possess the following:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including forklift use - a valid certificate for forklifts required
  • Must have a clean and Full Class 2 NZ Driver’s Licence with at least 2 years' experience
  • Computer literate and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be in a physically demanding job and on your feet, physically lift up to 25kgs
  • You are solution-focused and resilient under pressure
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, team work makes the dream work!
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle various tasks
