About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your technical knowledge and sales skills make a real impact? Reporting to the Regional Ops Lead we are looking for a Customer Service & Warehouse Support to join our Wigram team and be the friendly, knowledgeable face our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers at the counter with professionalism and care.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations within set timeframes.
  • Provide technical product information and support.
  • Participate in sales promotions and assist with branch administration.
  • Assist with picking, packing, checking and dispatching orders with excellent customer service and standards.
  • Assist with inventory management including inwards goods, cycle counts etc
  • Provide support for general site administration and facility management

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience, ideally in engineering or industrial businesses
  • Previous warehouse or product handling experience.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle various tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a well-presented, professional manner.
  • The ability to work proactively, using initiative while knowing when to seek support
  • Desire to always improve the quality of the service given by yourself with a thirst for knowledge
  • Computer savvy, with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP/CRM systems
  • A full driver’s license, preferably with F endorsement, and a forklift licence is essential.
